Strange times all round but we’re currently looking for a new flatmate to take a double room in a lovely 3 bedroom maisonette with garden, available immediately.

The flat is in the area of Upper Holloway, conveniently located close to Archway Station (Northern Line), 10 minutes bus ride into Camden Town and around a 30 minutes walk to Hampstead Heath. About 3 minutes walk from the flat is Holloway Road which has excellent bus communications.

There’s a terrific array of grocery stores in the area such as Sainsbury's, Tesco and Aldi. Morrisons on Holloway Road is a 10 minute walk away, and a very large Waitrose a little further.

The room is big enough for a double bed and chest of drawers, both of which are included with the room - it is bigger than it looks in the pictures!

The flat is shared with two women, and an adorable little dog named Popeye.

It’s a homely and calm atmosphere where private life is highly respected whilst company and hanging out together is really appreciated.

The flat has a private backyard which was a true lifesaver during the first lockdown, and it receives a lot of sun throughout the day!

The flat has three bedrooms in total, a shared living room and kitchen, one bathroom with bathtub, shower and toilet on the upper floor and a smaller toilet on the lower ground as well.

The rent is £550 pcm excluding bills. It is rented through an outstanding private landlord* who helps out with anything regarding the flat.
