Hi! 2 good sized double rooms available in our beautiful 4 bed 3 storey house in Archway with our own garden and just a 7 minute walk to Archway tube station.

The house has 3 good sized double bedrooms, (3.35m x 2.90m) 1 master bedroom (4.85m x3.76m), 1 spare bedroom, two bathrooms, a living room, kitchen, dining and utility room and a downstairs basement (great for storage!) and a big garden which gets a lot of sun in the day.

Plenty of space to work from home quietly and privately. Great views of the London skyline from the bedrooms 😍

The street is quiet and residential with a great community spirit and a handy shop around the corner. We are close to a number of parks such as Waterlow, Elthorne and Hampstead Heath (about 25 minutes walk).

You’d be living with Maria, 26, who works in product management and Angelos, 27, who works in recruitment - both great housemates, friendly and sociable. Bills come to approx £90 per month which includes wifi, council tax, water and energy.

The contract includes 6-month break clause with April 1st as the next renewal date. It is also possible to arrange Change of Sharer for earlier move out options if necessary.

Earlier / later move in dates around December 1st and unfurnished/furnished rooms are also possible to arrange.
