Hi, I need to leave my room in January and I'm looking for somebody to take over my contract with the letting agency and move in in my place. The rent is 560£pcm +2 weeks of deposit +10£ every 5/6 weeks for electricity. The room is in Archway, N19 3UL. the house is in a very convenient location, it is at 200 meters from Archway station (northern, zone 2) and also nearby there is plenty of supermarkets (Aldi, Lidl ,coop...). it's a big room with a built in wardrobe, plus it has an external cabinet for extra storage. The house is very clean, it has a big kitchen where I also have my personal fridge and it also has 1 bathroom separated from the toilet as well always kept clean. In the house there are other 4 tenants, they are very good people, young, clean and quiets and all of them are working.
I'm looking for somebody to move in by the beginning of January but I can move already by the middle of December. For info please contact me
