Small double room in Archway houseshare £550+

Hello! We are 3 women (1 British, 1 French and 1 Kiwi, working in museums, travel and software) aged 27-32 looking for a clean, tidy, respectful housemate to take our small double room in Archway.

The room is available from 16th July and furnished with a bed, desk, shelves, chest of drawers, and there is a small storage room with large wardrobe, clothes rail and chest of drawers next to it for your private use, plus a small cupboard. Room is located on the top floor and overlooks the street, which is generally very quiet.

Rent is £550 per month excluding bills which usually add up to no more than £100, depending on usage.
Deposit is £550. No students, DSS or pets. Minimum term 1 year, references required.

There's no living room but our kitchen is a decent size, plus there is plenty of cupboard space. Shared bathroom plus extra downstairs toilet too. We have a back garden with outdoor furniture (great if you work from home!) and can be used to store a bike if you have one. Smokers are welcome but please only smoke in the garden.

The house vibe is peaceful, pretty relaxed and friendly while respecting each others' need for privacy and keeping communal spaces clean. We have a cleaning rota which you'll be expecetd to take turns with, usually once a month. Generally we don't socialise much as a household so we'd like someone who's fine with this. No preference for gender of housemate. LGBTQ+ friendly household.

House is located 10-15 mins' walk from Archway Underground station (Northern line zone 2/3) and Upper Holloway Overground. There are plenty of bus routes close by and we're not far from Crouch End, Highgate, Muswell Hill, Kentish Town, Holloway and Hampstead Heath.
