Hi, my name is Ana Belén. I’m 43 years old and I have a spare double room that I would like to rent from late November. I work in the arts and I’ve been living in London for the last 17 years.
The room is fully furnished and has a window. The flat is modest but cosy and homely with a nice living room, good size kitchen and quite a few plants. Hybrid working at the moment so I’m at home two or three days per week working remotely.
The location is just 5-10 minutes from Archway Station (Zone 2) and there are buses (24h) to Liverpool Street and to Tottenham Court Road just next to the house.
The surrounding area includes Highgate and Hampstead so is nicely situated as well as being a stones throw from all necessary amenities.
The rent can be per week or month, cost per night is £35 including all bills if you are looking for a room Monday to Friday, and £850 per month all bills included, apart of gas and electricity, if you are looking for 7 days per week.
Please get in touch if you are interested or have any questions about the room.
I look forward to hearing from you.
