The flat!

One bright double bedroom to rent in a three-bed flatshare in Archway/Upper Holloway.

It's a quiet street with the best coffee shop around within a 3 minute stroll. Upper Holloway overground is at the end of the road and Archway tube is within 10 minute walk. There are lots of buses going up and down Holloway Road and Hampstead Heath is a 30-minute walk away.

There are plenty of shops nearby, a food market on Saturdays, and some good new restaurants. Islington has pubs galore and Highgate is 20/25 minutes depending on how quickly you can walk up the big hill.

The room is furnished with a double bed and a wardrobe.

The flat is a 2-storey maisonette in a Victorian conversion. There's a large lounge with 3 seater couch, armchair and a table and chairs. The kitchen isn't huge but there's plenty of space and a large fridge/freezer. There's one shared bathroom with a shower/bath.

Looking for flatmates who can exemplify the key attributes of a good house share: easy-going, clean, considerate, and friendly!

You would be sharing the flat with the current flatmate Nuno and Jess.

The ad lists me as a live-in-landlord which I'm no longer but can't work out how to change the ad? I own the flat with my brothers, we lived in the flat for 12 years and loved it.
