Do you live outside London but come into town to work weekdays?

We have an elegant, spacious fully furnished double bedroom to rent in our family home, Monday to Friday, to a female lodger. (No couples or men at this time, apologies, this is due to our personal family circumstances) The house is within a 8-10 minute walk of Archway tube and also near Highgate Village and Crouch End.

In a gracious, larger than average period family home on a leafy street in the Whitehall Conservation Area, an elegant double bedroom to rent, with use of next door bathroom shared only with one other female lodger. The room has garden views, plenty of natural light, its own mini fridge, microwave, lots of storage space and a king size bed and state of the art mattress. The bathroom is recently refurbished with walk in shower and bath. The lodger will have access to a lovely green garden with barbecue, and use of separate simple kitchen facilities in basement (with access to main kitchen when needed.) The house is a short walk to Archway tube (northern line), ten minutes to Highgate village and 12 minutes to Crouch End with its plethora of cafes, restaurants, cinemas and boutiques. Beautiful Waterlow Park is a 6 minute walk from house. Hampstead Heath is a brisk 15 minutes. There are regular and convenient buses.

The top of the house boasts spectacular views of the London skyline.

Rent includes wifi, all bills and a weekly clean.

This is not a house share, but we are a relaxed, friendly family of three - plus a much loved labradoodle dog who is friendly and gentle. The right lodger will be a considerate, clean, tidy professional with an active, busy life outside the home who seeks a quiet, private refuge to return to. . PLEASE NOTE If you like to do lots of cooking and socialising, this is not the place for you. We work from home, so a calm and empty house in the daytime is vital. PLEASE NOTE: No WFH, including studies.
