I am a professional musician — a double bassist (classical & jazz) — in my 40s; sometimes away on tour. My partner Eulalie lives with me (she is a professional violinist & professor at The Guildhall School of Music & Drama).

Currently sharing my home with two tenants a professional female (mid-20s; Civil Servant & classical guitarist, who’s been here a year) & a professional male (30, working in ethical financial/debt planning, whose been here 3 years), and my lovely cat Dot (whose been here 10 years!). All of them - including the cat, and even the guitarist -have been not to go into your bedroom, which is also lockable.

There is loads of space in this very large shared house (approx 2500sq ft, more than twice the size of a 3-bed terraced house):
- spacious kitchen and adjacent sitting area with large leather sofa (upstairs)
- large dining area (seating 8-12 people) upstairs
- roof terrace
- Downstairs: a massive additional studio space with leather sofas (plus my grand piano & a few other instruments)
- small courtyard garden, with 3 apple trees, etc (outside the Garden Bedroom French windows)

Hampstead Heath & the Gospel Oak Lido outdoor pool are 10mins by bike or bus. Archway indoor pool is 1 minute away.
Waterlow Park (& the famous Highgate Cemetery) 8 minutes on foot.
Kenwood House 20mins on foot (15mins bus) & the famous Spaniards Inn is 5 mins beyond that...
