Spacious double room available in a three bedroom flat. Available late September but flexible with move in date!

The flat has a kitchen with all essentials (washing machine, tumble dryer), a shared living room (with massive comfy sofa!) a bathroom with shower, extra storage, and a lovely private garden. The garden gets the sun until late so is lovely for evening drinks/sunbathing/barbecues.

The flat is a 5 min walk to Arnos Grove tube station and 5 min to New Southgate rail station, so you get into Central London in less than 30 mins.

Co-op and Sainsbury’s are at a short walking distance (<5 mins) plus local groceries stores are available.

The room comes as furnished with a double bed, a huge built in wardrobe and standing cupboard/drawer unit.

You will be living with 2 other flatmates. The flat is very friendly, and we enjoy a glass of wine or chilling in the garden, however person space is respected also.

The bills are extra 70-90 a month which includes council tax, gas and electricity, water, and broadband.

Pets are allowed, however as one of my flatmates has a cat, only 1 more cat would be able to live here, so unfortunately no dogs or more than 1 cat.
