Welcome to my flat which is a home-from-home for professionals.

I am from Manchester and have worked in London for the last 15 years or so, I travel back at least one weekend a month to see family and during the week I tend to leave early for work and get in late. The ideal flat mate would be a professional looking for a relaxed and calm place to live and base themselves from.

The bathroom and WC are shared but separate, I do have a medium term plan to create an en-suite for this room but haven't got round to it yet! As far as flat mates go I enjoy socialising occasionally (not like Friends or Big Bang Theory) it's not a party flat but am not averse to hosting a few people.

I have a cleaner who comes once a week to do the common areas, there is an air conditioning unit for the summer / warm days and pretty much everything else you need or would want is available to use. In terms of bills Council Tax, water and broadband are included. Gas and Electric is extra and split the bill 50/50.

The location of this flat is great with incredible transport links:

# New Southgate Station is 20 seconds from the doorstep and then 25 minutes to Moorgate.

# Arnos Grove Station is 5 minutes from the doorstep and then:
* 14 minutes direct to Arsenal
* 22 minutes direct to Kings Cross
* 30 minutes direct to Piccadilly Circus
* 1 hour direct to Heathrow Terminal 5

# M1 junction 1 is only 10 minutes away with clear traffic and free on-street parking is available.
