Seeking a friendly, easy-going professional who is fun, considerate, clean and tidy for this lovely 2 bedroom flat in the heart of the Emirates stadium.

The room is a double, furnished with a bed, wardrobe and bedside table. The deposit is one month's rent, and the additional bills are energy, broadband and a twice-monthly cleaner (which currently amounts to £100/month each). There is a 24-hour concierge as well as bike storage.

The flat is just moments away from Arsenal tube station or Drayton Park rail, and Finsbury Park and Highbury & Islington stations are within walking distance too. There are also plenty of local buses from nearby Highbury Barn and Holloway Road.

You'd be living with a 35yo working regular hours in project management / IT (that's me!). Outside lockdown I'd say I keep myself quite busy between work, going to the gym, seeing family and friends, etc, but on quieter days can be found chilling out in pyjamas with a cup of tea or a glass of wine in front of the TV. Hoping to find something similar in a new housemate :-) Like many others too, it looks like I'll have to mostly work from home for the foreseeable future.
