Hi,

Our flatmate is moving out so we am looking for someone to fit their place in our 3-bedroom flat. The room is spacious with a double bed, there is one bathroom that we all share with separate toilet, kitchen and a big living room. Also a beautiful view of Aubert Court Park, which is a private park that you can use for activities.

We have been living in this flat for almost two years now and we are loving it so we are looking for someone who wants to stay, but we will consider 1-2 month lettings too.

Me and my flatmate are professionals, but we are really chill. We like having friends over, going to parties and socialise, and I hope that you like it too. We would like someone friendly and easy going, but also clean and respectful.

We do understand that the circumstances over the COVID-19 are really unique and we can discuss differently about the matter in terms of short-term lettings and specific deals due to the really serious situation that's upon as.
