Hey there,

About the current flatmates:
Sean (30) works in a bar.
Reese (30) works in IT.
Alexis (22) is a student.

They are really easy going! We all respect our space, but we're also keen to hang out and chat :)

About the flat:
The room has a perfect size and it's super bright. You have a view to a nice green area in front of the flat. The area is really quiet and calm -perfect for those who need silence to sleep -.

The living room has a sofa, a TV, Wifi and there is enough space for everyone to hang out.

The bathroom is divided into two parts, the bath and the toilet are separated - very useful -.

The kitchen is fully equipped and big. We like to leave the kitchen clean and tidy.

You have access to the balcony from the kitchen and from the living room. (if you smoke, you will have to smoke in the balcony)

Also, a cleaning lady comes every week to clean all the shared spaces in the flat!

The flat is in a very good location.
You have Arsenal Tube Station (Picadilly line) just a 10min walk. And Highbury and Islington Tube Station (Victoria line) 10min by bus.
The bus is only a 3min walk from the flat.

The bills that aren't included are - gas, electricity, cleaning, wifi and council tax. The average bill price per month per person would be 100 pounds.
