**Friendly skyline flat seeking third housemate**

The Location:
We are right in the heart of Arsenal and a 5 minute walk away from the Piccadilly line (Arsenal or Holloway Road tube stations), linking you straight into the west end. Finsbury Park and Highbury and Islington are in walking distance making the Victoria line also easily accessible. Upper Street is a 20 minute walk away which offers a variety of restaurants, a long list bars and a number of high street and bespoke shops. If you want your green space fix there is Highbury Fields just around the corner which is great for summer BBQs or Clissold Park which is great for running (if you are into it) or to visit the resident deer.

The Room/ Flat:
The room is a great sized furnished double which includes double bed, bed side table, a large chests of draws and a 3 door wardrobe. There’s space under the bed and on top of the wardrobe for more storage if needed.
The rent for the room is £736 and we each pay £100 each a month on top for all bills (water, electricity/gas, council tax and internet).
This 3 bedroom flat is on the 11th floor (don’t worry there is a lift) and offers some pretty spectacular sunset views. It has 3 bedrooms and a large dining/ kitchen/ living area (full of plants!). The kitchen has all the usual appliances and there is a balcony with a bench to take in the views.
The bathroom has both a shower and a bath, with plenty of storage space. I challenge anyone to find a more powerful shower than ours!
We really love our flat, so keep it a cute, clean and tidy as it is a really homely space.

The Flatmates:
You will be sharing with 2 lovely ladies (Elisha and Vicki), a teacher and a research consultant. We both love London life and do lots of London weekend adventuring, brunches (often bottomless), sampling lots of the yummy restaurants in the area and weekends away. We love to have a cup of tea, dinner and wine together on evenings, we try cook for each other as much as possible and love to try new recipes and/or take outs. We enjoy a good Netflix series together, exercising, gigs and dinners out. We are friends and like to socialise together so would be looking for someone that wants that too. We also love having friends coming around for dinner/drinks or to stay. We want someone that wants to really be an active part of our household, rather than just renting out a room.

The room is available now - needs filling by 1st Jan - so there is flexibility in the move in date over nov/ dec, please don't hesitate to contact.
