We have a cosy top floor room available in our 4 bedroom terrace just up from Arsenal tube station. It’s at the back of the house and looks out over Gillespie Park so lovely and quiet - a real treat in London.

The house itself has had a recent refresh and comes with all your standard house essentials: a large and bright lounge with comfy couch and many plants, modern kitchen, large bathroom on the first floor, and a second toilet on the ground floor. We've got a handy bike shed out the front and a grassy backyard. The room has new carpet, bed, wardrobe and shelves - desk not included.

Bills includes a fortnightly cleaner, internet and streaming services, plus all the other essentials - we share these between us and use Splitwise to settle the difference. Comes to around £110 per month.

You’d be living with Alex, Jack and Marta, a mix of working from home and not. We are all quite busy but get along well and enjoy hanging out when we are at home, watching telly or having an impromptu beer in the backyard. We’re looking for a male to balance the house out.
