I am leaving my beautiful room in Baker Street - the room has huge windows, as well as the living room, a king bed, a desk, a built in wardrobe and an additional cupboard. The room comes with its private bathroom (not ensuite but for your sole use). The flat also offers a large living room and kitchen with additional dine in table. The building has a 24/7 concierge as well as a gym!
Baker Street station is 5 minutes away and Marylebone station is 3 minutes away by foot.
The other room is occupied by a lovely Spanish couple in their early 30s who have their own bathroom. They are looking for my replacement, ideally a female professional. The landlord only accepts professionals or students with proof of funds.
The room is available until September 2020. Move in date flexible throughout August and flat also available for August exclusively.
