A bit about the house,
Location
5 minutes from Wandsworth common Train Station and 8/10 minutes from Balham tube station and high street.
Room
Situated on the second floor and is fully furnished with TV, double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers with plenty of storage space in the loft area.
The House
The house is Victorian style, that is spread across several floors, There are 8 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms and so there is never a que for the shower! There is a patio area with washing line, bbq and table and chairs - perfect to sit out on a summers evening. There are two kitchens which is shared among the housemates as well as a homely living area in our conservatory. The house has a cleaner who cleans all public areas
Housemates
All housemates are young friendly professionals who currently enjoy nothing better than a glass of wine and watching telly! The house is surprisingly quiet over a weekend and never feels crowded.
