Single room - amazing Balham location!

The bedroom

We have a great room available in a flat share in the heart of Balham. It is a single room with plenty of storage. The flat has 3 rooms in total, you will be sharing with an Aussie aged 27 (Kelly), a Welshman who is 34 (Rhys), and an Italian who is 31 (Gab). We are easy going, respect the house, happy to socialise, and happy to give each other space too. We are generally an active house, often to the Totoing ParkRun on saturday, we eat healthily, and generally have a relaxed household. We're a little bit more mature now so this is not a place for a party, but we sometimes have people round for birthdays etc

The flat has a nice big living room with a big smart TV and back garden.

The station is literally a 2 min walk away, and there are loads of great cafes, bars, shops and restaurants around. Sainsbury’s and Aldi is a few minutes’ walk away.

We are looking for someone who is clean and tidy, who will be respectful of communal areas, but is also easy going (and generally a normal human being).

Bills come to no more than £50 pcm (Normally £44), rent is paid on the 26th for the month ahead.

I will note that the reason the room is available is because the occupier is heading back to Australia. there is 2 months left until the tenancy ends, but we plan on staying here for the foreseeable future and renewing the tenancy.
