Double room in Balham in a friendly home

Hi there, we are two friendly housemates in a warm and inviting home looking for a third housemate to join us. Our good friend and other housemate is moving in with her boyfriend - we are going to be sad to see her go as she is a brilliant person, but allows us to find another great flatmate who we can welcome into our fold.

We are looking for a female housemate ideally aged between 27 - 37 (no students please). Someone who is easy to get on with, sociable and had experience living in shared flats.

About the room - its a spacious double, fully furnished with 2 wardrobes, double bed and chest of drawers. The room is on the 1st floor at the back of the house overlooking the gardens. Its pretty quiet, cosy in winter and cool in summer. Rent is £625 per month and bills on top of that equate to approx £80-100 per month.

About us - we're Kim and Marie-Anne. We are down to earth, fun, friendly ladies who like to cook and enjoy meals over a glass of wine in the evening. We try to catch up with each other in the house at least once a week so it that it feels like a home rather than just shared living. That being said, we have our own lives and both active in seeing friends or doing activities in and around London. Marie-Anne enjoys running and Kim does a bit of yoga. We both love a bit of trash TV or David Attenbrorough Documentary to switch off to.
