The room is spacious, bright, fully furnished with a double ottoman bed (great extra storage) 2x bed-side tables, 2 x large chests of drawers and a built in wardrobe. Plenty of space for a bookshelf or extra drawers if you need it. If you have your own furniture you can also have it unfurnished.

The Flat:
The flat was completely renovated when we moved in two years ago and we have kept everything fresh! The flat is part of the historic Du Cane Crt with 24hr concierge to accept all those ASOS/AMAZON parcels! There is bike storage out the back and the complex’s is very safe.

Fully-equipped kitchen, cosy living room with dining table, flat screen TV, WIFI Broadband and full SKY package.

The flat is ONLY A FOUR MINUTE walk from Balham tube station on Balham High road.
(Northern Line tube as well as regular overground trains to Victoria & London Bridge). The flat is ideally situated for access to the City, West End, Victoria, Bank and London Bridge.
It takes JUST 15 minutes to the city, (Direct Northern Line via Bank every 2 minutes) and 20 minutes to Oxford Circus (simply by crossing the platform to Victoria line in Stockwell) and weekend night tube service.

Within a few minutes from the flat are numerous bars, restaurants, Balham Leisure Centre (which has a gym, swimming pool and squash courts) small cinema, 2 (soon to be 3) large supermarkets
(Waitrose, Sainsbury's) and cool shops. Tooting Bec Common, Wandsworth Common and Clapham Common are all about 5-10 min walk away.

The transport links are fantastic & the 155 is a 24-hour bus which is handy for getting back after a weekday late night out. During the weekends the tube station run ALL NIGHT!

Me:
To be shared with one professional Female in her 30’s. I work as a teacher so am out the door early in the mornings so there is never a clash with using the bathroom. I enjoy the usual things; keeping fit, brunches (preferably bottomless 🍾), cinema, pubs, watching sport (currently enjoying the 6 nations!) and hanging out with friends. I am extremely easy to get on with, reliable and tidy.

You:
Looking for a professional male or female who is fun, clean and respectful.
Basically someone trustworthy, tidy, laid back, who is happy to share the occasional glass of wine after a tough day at work or indulge in a good box set/TV series.

The rent is £830 per month plus £80 for ALL the bills (Council Tax, Electricity, Gas, TV license, Water, SKY HD channels package & WIFI Internet)

My flatmate is moving in with her boyfriend so the room is available in 2-3 weeks time. She is flexible to move earlier if need be.
