Amazing Location! Large Double Room In Balham!

We currently have a double bedroom going in our lovely Balham flat as our current housemate is moving in with a friend.

The landlord owns the whole building and currently building a new block of flats next door (a few weeks from completion) which will also have a gym, bicycle storage, basement storage and potentially mail lockers.

The flat is situated in the high street and a stone throw from the underground/train station. Locally we have loads of amazing coffee shops, brunch places and Sainsbury’s close by. We have an open plan living room with kitchen area and a bathroom but never have any issues in the mornings. Bill are approx £70pp pm.

Natasha is 33, northern and a travel sales support executive. Cailey is 29, American and works in the natural disasters office. We’re both really friendly but super busy most the time. When we’re all at home we like watching tv together and chatting over a glass of wine. We do travel a lot for work so there’s times when you get the flat to yourself!
