Sharing with three others, A guy and two girls the house has plenty to offer with a communal sitting room, dining room, good sized kitchen, two good sized bathrooms and a decent sized garden, perfect for a BBQ.

The room is a great size with a nice period fireplace. Plenty of room for a King Size bed, chest of draws etc and a nice bright view over the back garden. The house is in a ideal location for the morning commute and socialising at the weekend. Only a short walk to the northern line and mainline station at Balham, Wandsworth common is a couple of minutes walk and Tooting Bec also within a short walk.
