Short let only - flexible on month/dates.
I have a spare room available in my flat. Male or female, would consider a couple on a short term basis.
It's a double room, fully furnished, light decor with full length mirrored wardrobes. As I have an en-suite you have main use of the bathroom (guests do use the bathroom when they stay but this is rare.)
It’s about 10 minutes from either Balham or Clapham South, and the flat is close to Tooting Bec Common, Wandsworth and Clapham Common.
A little about me, I've lived in Balham for nearly 7 years. I'm more of an early riser than a night owl so someone who is similar would be great. At the moment I'm working from home most of the week, but breaking it up with going to the office once/twice in the week or going to a cafe for a few hours. I go for walks to break up the day.
It’s a home and safe haven as opposed to a party house. Available for a respectful, easy going, clean and tidy person.
