Double room in lovely Balham flat

Hi there,

I am sadly leaving this lovely 3 bed flat and it’s amazing flat mates. It’s in a great location, just opposite the top of Tooting Bec common, which is fab for all you runners and it’s within a 10 min walk of Balham station which has a tube (northern line) and overground which gives easy access to Clapham junction and Victoria.

Balham is full of pubs, bars, cafes and brunch spots and also nearby is tooting, Clapham and Brixton.

The flat is on the ground floor and has a garden which is great for the warmer months. The room comes furnished with double bed, wardrobe, shelving unit and big chest of drawers. There is a shared kitchen, living room and bathroom.

You will be living with two flat mates. 1 male/1 female. Frazer and Joanna are both fun and easy going. Both enjoy fitness in various forms, nights out and a TV binge (Frazer loves a cooking show and Jo enjoys reality tv which Frazer calls trash 😂). Both have 9-5 jobs and busy social lives but would like someone to join who is sociable and will hang out in the living room when around/have a catch up in the evenings or will be up for going for a drink occasionally but also has their own life going on.

There is also a cat, who is not ours but sits outside our window quite often and is a bit of a cutie. We call him Terrance!

Rent is £743 per month and bills come in at £120 each per month for gas/electric, water, council tax, tv and broadband. Deposit is 850 with a months rent up front..
