I am looking for a Monday - Friday lodger for my flat in Balham.
The flat is a two bed (just sharing with me), with a large, very light and bright living room/kitchen, good sized bathroom and a private roof terrace at the back .
The room for rent is a fully furnished double, with storage under the bed as well as wardrobe and chest of drawers. It faces the back of the house so is very quiet too.
I am a 33 y/o female, I work in financial PR - and will primarily be working from home for the next few months. I enjoy sports (tennis, swimming, surfing) and cooking too.
I am very clean and tidy and looking for someone similar.
The room is available now, but am happy to wait for the right person (!)
