We have 2 double rooms available immediately in a friendly house share in between Clapham South and Balham.

The flat is situated equal distance between Clapham South tube station (northern line) and Balham over ground and northern line tube - about a 7 min walk to both. There is a bus stop right outside the road.

Situated in such a great location a plethora of bars, cafes, restaurants and shops in both Balham and Clapham South are only a short walk away. With commons nearby including Clapham Common, Wandsworth Common and Tooting Common there is an abundance of outdoor space within short walking distance.

The flat has a huge living room, communal kitchen, bathroom and a separate toilet. The room available has a small double ottoman bed, built in double wardrobe and large chest of draws.

The tenants include Ben and Lucy who are all professionals aged 25-30 who work in the city. They are all easy going and friendly and like to hang out together from time to time, but at the same time are respectful of each other's space. They are looking for a like minded people to fill the rooms.

I am the private landlord and live locally so can respond quickly to any queries or issues at the flat. There are no fees and a quick referencing process to go through. I can set up any virtual viewings and calls with the current tenants.

Bills are not included and the room is available immediately. For the remainder of 2020 we can offer a rental discount reduced to £600 pcm.
