Large airy double room in leafy Balham

I am moving out of this large and airy room in Balham to live in the countryside for work.

The room is very spacious with a bed, 2 wardrobes, a chest of drawers and bookcase included. The flat also boasts a large living room, kitchen/dining area and a separate WC and bathroom, with a communal garden shared by 4 flats.

Dan, one of the current housemates, will be staying and he enjoys nights in and nights out equally. We currently socialise as a house but also have our own set of friends too. The other housemate, James, is also moving out so this is an ideal opportunity for 2 people to move into a place together too.

The immediate area around the flat is quiet and residential but a short walk will give you access to Balham’s vibrant culture with bars, restaurants, cafes and 5 supermarkets within easy reach.

My new place is immediately available so I can be flexible on the new person moving out and can leave within a week’s notice.
