We are a group of 4 people (2 girls and a couple), who have all met on Spareroom. We have found a house that we love, and are looking for 2 guys to fill the other 2 rooms. We are specifically looking for 2 guys to keep the balance!
The house is in a great location, and the rooms are huge. There is an extra garage for storage as well as a great living room and huge garden for BBQs!
We all decided to buddy up because we're looking for a social house where everyone gets on and does stuff together. We were hoping to have a housewarming BBQ to meet everyone's mates and want to find people who'd want to head to the pub every now and again and not be a room hermit!
We haven't started the lease yet, and we're asking the landlord for a rent reduction, so rent might be slightly cheaper than this hopefully.
We're all pretty flexible about moving dates, but would obviously want to reserve the property ASAP so it doesn't get taken.
