I’m moving out of this awesome flat in Balham. It’s honestly the best place to live, great location and a nice big backyard - perfect in summertime.

It’s the basement flat of an end of terrace (the next property is across a laneway) , so gets lots of sunlight!

I’d like to find someone who fits in with my friendly and sociable flat mates and is happy to keep the place clean and tidy.

The room:

The room is a small double, with double bed, 2x chest of drawers and a clothes rail. It has lots of natural daylight and looks out on to our lush, green garden!

WFH?

Although the room isn’t large enough for a desk we have a table in the living room where you could set up a work station, as both other housemates work from desks in their bedrooms and rarely come out during the work day.

The flat:

A basement flat on a nice road in Balham, ~10 mins walk from the station. The flat is very light for a basement and surrounded by huge communal garden and our own private terrace. The living area is a decent size with one big (super comfy) sofa but the kitchen is small- hence the price!

You;

A girl similar in age and interests to the remaining housemates Livvy and Trish. They both have their own friend groups but have been friends since high school so enjoy spending time together as a house, making shared dinners or going for a cheeky espresso martini. They work 9-5 and often have things on after work.

There is on street parking and the flat is right next to the common. Bills usually come to around £80 each month.
