The room but is currently set up perfectly for working from home comfortably. It comes fully furnished with desk, chest of draws, Queen sized bed and Wardrobe.

The flat is only a 10 min walk from Balham Station and right next to Tooting common but we also have access to a large, private, sun trap of a garden, which also provides secure parking for bikes. There is a large living room with a HDTV along with an equally large kitchen diner, which includes a gas cooker and dishwasher. The toilet and bathroom are separate which is always handy in a flatshare. Bills come to around £80 per month.
Im so sad to be leaving this flat share as the remaining girls have been so great to live with, they are looking for someone similar to take over the room - a female flatmate who would love the occasional after work local dinner and drinks but also has their own friendship groups.
