We have one large double room available in our ground floor flat in Balham, 5 minutes walk from Balham tube and train station.

I'll be moving out in October (although flexible on dates) and will be leaving two lovely housemates. Simon works in digital for a health brand, and is a skilled golf and piano player, likes the occasional night out, and an ice-cream at Jefferson's. Jo (girl) works in Marketing, is a rum enthusiast and loves the gym! They're looking for someone to join the house family who is happy to chat, cook, catch up on tv in the evenings etc. Bonus if you like houseplants!

The flat has a kitchen/dining area and large separate living room (big enough for a sofa each!). There's a communal garden, which is perfect in the summer for barbecues and has been a great space to use during lockdown. There's parking available, too - permit required. Balham has a lovely community feel and loads of shops, restaurants (including great brunch and fish & chip places) and cafes, plus a gym and swimming pool nearby.

The room is spacious, comes with a double bed, two built-in wardrobes, one chest of drawers (and a second set of drawers in a storage cupboard), full-length mirror, bedside table, and a mirror above the fireplace. There's also extra storage in the basement, and a storage cupboard.

Bills are around £90-100 per month.
