En-suite in big, airy house

Hello, we’re looking for someone friendly (26+) to join our house share in our lovely large, modern house, a stone’s throw from Tooting Common (Balham end).

The house:
The house is light and airy, with a huge open plan kitchen-lounge, massive bathroom, plenty of storage space and a small garden. It’s situated on a quiet residential road, just off the Common. The nearest tube is Balham (10-15 min walk) and station is Streatham Hill (10 mins), with plenty of nearby bus connections to the likes of Brixton etc.

The room:
The room is an en-suite with a double bed, drawers and wardrobe, and two sky light windows, so gets lots of natural light. The room is a bargain at only £700pcm, but there is a catch in that the room doesn’t have a door! Instead it has its own private staircase to the top floor of the house so privacy isn’t an issue. I promise its not as bad as it sounds, so is worth a viewing to check it out!

Bills:
£700pcm + c.£80 bills per month (includes weekly cleaner), £807 deposit

The housemates:
You’ll be sharing with two couples and a guy (4 Brits and a Canadian). We’re all very friendly, tidy and considerate, so are looking for someone similar. We normally socialise in the kitchen most nights, but everyone also has their own social circles. It’s not a party house as everyone works busy professional jobs during the week.
