Master bedroom, en-suite, balcony access

Hi, I’m Helen, I live in a modern 2 bed 2 bath flat on the 2nd floor in Balham (7 minute walk to the station) just round the corner from Tooting Bec Common.

The room available is the master bedroom with en-suite. Fully furnished with a desk.

I’m looking for a professional, 28 years old and over, someone who is clean, tidy, chilled, enjoys quiet time to recharge, but also up for hanging out, ideally an early riser/not a night owl, it makes a lot of difference when you have similar routines! I’ve lived with a variety in my time. Great if you’re up for a night in spending an hour deciding what film to watch 😂 but equally has their own life and likes getting out and about regularly. I do enjoy exploring and get itchy feet being indoors for too long!

It is a home so definitely not looking for a party person and like it to be a sanctuary.

I enjoy spinning, arts and culture, yoga, drawing, music and travel :) I’m doing a mix of wfh, going to the office and coffee shops to break the week up a bit, along with walks and getting outside whenever it’s bright (gotta get that vitamin d). Long term I don’t plan on wfh (max 2 days a week) so someone who is also wanting to go back to the office/do a mix. I’m not keen on having someone wfh indefinitely.
