Fantastic location, 4 minute walk to Balham station, so close to high street with local cafes and gyms. Sainsbury’s, Waitrose and Aldi within short walking distance.

The people - we are two professional girls living in Balham, we’ve lived together for the last 3 years and are currently looking for a third person to take over our additional room.
We are both 24 working professionals, one in fashion working part in the office, part at home. The other working in social media, working at home full time. We are fun, sociable and clean and tidy, So looking for someone who is similar. We spend time together as a flat but also have separate hobbies, we are looking for a friend as well as a housemate.

We can offer a virtual viewing as well as in person (depending on covid rules). Bills are not included the average at about £70 a month, we have wifi set up (included in bill cost).
