The room is lovely and light with a desk and decent floor space. There's a shared living room off the kitchen and a spare room which is currently used as an office/clothes drying room. The flat is on the first/top floor of a terrace house on a lovely street with the top of Tooting common a minutes walk away at the end of the road.
