I am sadly leaving this lovely household as I am moving in with my boyfriend (I'm looking to spend Xmas day here then move in early Jan)

The house is right between Clapham South and Balham station so you have the choice of either, and of course the rail at Balham. Each are less than a 10 minute walk from the house. The closet bus stop is about 3 minutes away so to say the place is well connected is an understatement.
Downstairs has a downstairs loo, large kitchen/diner, large living room, back garden. Upstairs has a large bathroom with a seperate shower and bath.
The room itself is a cosy, double room with a bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers.
