2 rooms available in large house in Balham

We have 2 large rooms available in our 4 bedroom house in Balham (Northern Line), close to Wandsworth Common (15 min train into Victoria). The house is big, split over 3 floors, with 2 bathrooms, both with bath and rain shower, a garden with lawn and patio area (gas and kettle bbq) and a spare room downstairs that has a fold out sofa bed, currently used for bikes, laundry and as an office space. The remaining tenants Harry (28), and Emma (32) are sociable, fun young professionals working in investment management, and property. They are keen to grab dinner and drinks on the weekend but also have busy work and social lives. We have a cleaner who comes every 2 weeks who cleans all communal areas and bathrooms. Bills are max £70 all in and including WiFi. Will be doing in person and virtual viewings over the next couple of weeks. Any questions feel free to drop me a message :)
