Double room in Clapham South/Balham Area

This modest double room is situated on a quaint residential street which is 10 minutes away from both Clapham South and Balham Station. Wandsworth park and Clapham Common park are only minutes away which is perfect for a lockdown walk/exercise. We are the current occupants and are good friends. We both work in publishing and are working from home for the time being. We are looking for a young professional to take over the room from the outgoing tenant. The room comes with plenty of storage which includes furniture and a separate walk-in wardrobe outside the room. There’s an open plan kitchen upstairs and sitting room where we love to come together and socialise. We are are easy going people and we are offering virtual viewings to prospective tenants now. Our ideal flatmate would be easy going, respectful, clean and sociable (we are quite a relaxed household so get along with most people) and also like our own space from time to time and will respect yours too. We enjoy cooking and baking so would love to share that with you and incorporate fun activities to keep us going in lockdown - we love a good games night.
