Spacious Double Bedroom Opposite Tooting Common

Unfortunately due to a change in circumstances I need to leave my room. The room is a large and spacious double bedroom with a beautiful bay window which keeps the room lovely and light.

There’s plenty of storage space in the room, with there being hidden storage under the windows, a wardrobe, wall cabinet and draws.

There’s plenty of room for a tv on top of the wall cabinet, my tv is shown in the pictures. There’s also plenty of space for a large desk for working at home as you can see with my 1.6m desk shown in the pictures. It’s worth noting that there is great WiFi installed and I have no difficulty with connection or speed across the flat.

The mattress is also brand new from when I moved in.

The flat as a whole benefits from secure cycle storage to the front in a locked bike box. A raised bed in the front garden which you can plant veg or flowers. There’s also a rear garden with a bbq and chairs. The biggest draw to the flat is that it is opposite tooting common which is fantastic for working out or going for walks.

There is one shared bathroom, a good washer/dryer and large fridge/freezer.

There is also permit parking which I use and there is always plenty of space.

The flat is a 10 minute walk from central Balham including the northern line tube station, Sainsbury’s, Aldi and loads of bars and restaurants.

The flatmates are two females professionals working at home due to the pandemic. They are lovely people who are social and spend time chilling with one another but are also happy in their own space. The ideal flatmate is someone looking for the same.

Given current times when viewing is difficult, I’m happy to do video calls and other methods of showing you around the flat!
