Double Room In Friendly Garden House With A Dog!

Hi potential new housemate :)

We're looking for a lovely new person to live with as our lovely housemate Alison is looking to move on to pastures new in MID/LATE OCT. Dates are flexible though :)

First, let me tell you a bit about the current household:

CURRENT HOUSEHOLD:
You'd be sharing a spacious 3 bed house with a Northerner, a Texan and a super sweet Border Collie cross (the bestest boy in the world). We're really laid back and friendly. This is our home so we'd be looking for someone who also wanted to treat the place as such. We're both tidy but not clean freaks (no Monicas here) and we're considerate people to live with. We tend to be found cooking in the kitchen, laughing over TV in the living room, in the pub or chilling in our rooms. No party people please :) We're looking for a like-minded person, someone who wants a home and not just a room.

COSTS:
The rent is £700 pcm and bills work out at about £105 per month which includes utilities, council tax, Sky Q , fibre broadband and a cleaner.

THE HOUSE:
The house is a spacious 3 bed with a GARDEN (yes, outside space in London!). It’s actually really nice living in a house rather than a flat.

There is a downstairs loo, a large kitchen/diner and a big living room with french patio doors leading out onto the back garden. The table in the kitchen/diner is big and perfect for working from home :)

Upstairs, there is a large bathroom with a stand alone shower and a bath, as well as all three bedrooms.

THE ROOM:
The room is a lovely, bright small double room. It gets wonderful light as it's south facing so you'll get the sun all day. It's furnished, so comes with a wardrobe, chest of drawers and bed. The bed also has storage, plus there’s a big wardrobe style shelving unit in the bathroom and space on the landing and in the shed too.

THE LOCATION:
The location of the house is brilliant. It’s just off Balham high street, (although the street is beautifully quiet), where you'll find lots of amenities including a Sainsburys, Tesco, Waitrose, banks, TONS of delish brunch places, restaurants and pubs. Balham is a lovely place to live, especially in the summer. You also have Clapham Common and Wandsworth Common on your doorstep.

We have fantastic transport links, being only a 6 min walk to Clapham South tube station (Northern line) and an 8 min walk to Balham (National rail and Northern line). There are multiple bus stops a few seconds walk away as well; both towards Tooting or into central.
