We have a bright and spacious double room available from 6th March 2021 in our lovely, modern 3 bed Balham flat. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed, large built in wardrobe, chest of drawers and bed side table.
If you are currently working from home like me, you will be able to fit a desk in the room as you can see in the photos. Happy to talk about leaving the desk/chair here if needed.

The flat has a large open plan light kitchen and living area with a sofa and dining table, as well as 2 shared bathrooms (one shower one bath, 2 x toilets).

The flat is a quick 3 minute walk to Balham tube / over ground station and the high street with shops/bars/amenities etc. There are lots of nice cafes & restaurants as well as an Aldi, Sainsbury’s, Waitrose and Lidl all just down the road. Balham leisure centre/gym is also on the same road as the flat and is about a 2 minute walk away.

The flat has a large open plan light kitchen, and also a shared living area and 2 shared bathrooms (one shower one bath, 2 x toilets).

Rent is £752 PCM and bills come on top of this (80 ish per month). Included in bills are Electricity, Water, Gas, Council Tax, and WIFI. Rent is paid on the 5th of each month.

Deposit is £700 + £50 change of tenancy fee.

Not to forget the beautiful commons that surround us! Wandsworth Common, Clapham Common and Tooting Commons are a 10-15 minute walk from the flat.

So more about my flatmates... Georgie is 26 from Cheshire and works as a neonatal nurse at St Georges. She loves to bake, cook, go on walks and when allowed seeing friends over cocktails. Dom is 24 years old from Cambridge and works in advertising. In his spare time he likes to workout, watch sports and socialise with a beer. Open to both male and female potential flat mates! :)
