Single room in bright 3 bedroom house

Hi everyone,

We have a single room available in a 3 bed property that we're renting, as one of flatmates sadly has to leave. The house is located in Balham - around 10 mins walk from the stations of South Clapham (zone 2) and Balham (zone 3 & southwestern trains). Near Balham station you can find a big Sainsburys, Aldi, a range of pubs, the Tooting common park and other amenities. Within walking distance there is also the vibrant Clapham Common and Brixton areas.

Although the room is single, you can benefit from the big living room which includes a desk (in case you’re working from home, it can be all yours) and a big garden where we often have barbecues. In the living room we also have a keyboard and guitars in case that you play, broadband, Netflix, Prime TV and a range of sports channels.

Currently we’re 2 tenants living here 3 years already, 26 and 30 years old both Greeks working in hospitality and education respectively and we have been residing in London for many years.

Ideally we don’t just look for a new flat mate but a friendly and easy going person that enjoys socializing, to join in our adventures and we are always happy for you to be inviting friends over.
