Room for rent

We are Damian and Ana, we share a homely flat very close to Balham station and opposite Balham Leisure centre (and on a quiet street). We're 5 mins away from all that Balham has to offer, like shops, pubs, restaurants and salons on the high street.

The room to rent is very spacious and light, it has high ceilings and wooden floors. The living area is shared, as is an outdoor space that comes in very handy in the summer.

As flatmates we're pretty chilled. We enjoy spending time together, cooking good food and watching the odd trashy programme after work. But we also like to do our own thing sometimes depending on our schedules. We are looking for someone on the same wavelength, respectful of each others privacy and space, but also happy to share a meal and make this flat their home.

The water rates and a cleaner (she comes fortnightly to clean the communal areas) are included in the rent.

The deposit is £ 720 and the landlady would need a work reference. Bills average about £90 a month.
