Our flatmate is moving out at the end of Jan, so we are looking for someone to fill the room and join the house.
The room is fairly spacious with plenty of storage options (2x dressers, 1 wardrobe) and will come with a desk (not in pictures) and chair for working from home, as well as a king bed and 2 bedside tables.
The rest of the flat is lovely with 2 bathrooms shared between 4, a fairly large living room and a well-equipped kitchen with washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, oven, gas hob, fridge and freezer.
You will be sharing with 3 people; Katie, Robyn and myself (Nick), we enjoy spending time together and finding gems in the neighbourhood!
The flat is a short 5 minute walk from Balham station (for train or tube) with easy Northern Line connections in to the city or train connections to Victoria or Clapham Junction. It is also only a 15 minute walk from Clapham Common, a lovely park for walks, picnics or drinks in the summer!
