Great double room looking onto the private garden, 5 minutes from Balham tube, bars, restaurants and multiple supermarkets. The property is situated in an end of terrace house with a private garden and residential parking permits available. The property has a large kitchen with breakfast bar, and a large open plan lounge/diner onto the garden. The property has a main bathroom, shower room and separate WC. I currently have sole use of the shower room so essentially have my own bathroom.

Both housemates are working professionals, one working in finance and the other working as a mortgage broker. Both housemates are social and into the gym, however also appreciate relaxing after work.. Looking for someone to join this great house that I am having to leave as I am going travelling.

Property comes as furnished, however the desk in the room is mine but I am willing to sell on. Bills not included in rent, however monthly bills are approx. £90pp including everything (Gas, electric, water, broadband, council tax).
