The room has recently been freshly decorated and there is scope to make further improvements if required. The bed is 1.5 size single bed.

You will be sharing the flat with another professional who is studying at UCL London.

You will share the main bathroom which contains a bath and overhead shower.

The kitchen area to the back of the flat has been completed refurbished and contains a Neptune fitted kitchen with two ovens, integrated microwave, dishwasher, washine machine and large fridge freezer. The kitchen has been designed for cooking and entertaining and has a large multi-purpose central island and separate dining area. The flat also benefits from a small shared garden accessible from the kitchen.

There is a lounge at the front of the flat which has a TV and sofa bed for guests.

The flat is cleaned each week by a professional cleaner.

Included in the monthly rent is wireless broadband.
