Fantastic Double Bedroom For Couple In Balham

We live in a stunning 5 bedroom house in Balham with an open plan kitchen and living area, big garden with decking and a fantastic collection of big rooms.

The house is fitted to a standard we never expected to get for the price we pay and we're looking for a new couple to take the top floor as the current couple are leaving due to their offices moving.

As for the room, it’s really big, it has its own ensuite (with bath), king size bed with underbed storage, a juliet balcony and it's own attic space for suitcases etc. It's 1050/month, so 525 per person. It’s nice that when upstairs your have your privacy, but can be in a group setting downstairs.

We're a really social house and like to have house dinners, watch Netflix, go on evenings out together and play Cluedo - and loved decorating the house for Christmas (see pics!).

The house also includes a dishwasher (worth its weight in gold), a small spare room for guests and a basement with washing machine and separate drier. The garden includes a trampoline and two sheds and there’s also plenty of space to store bikes, as a number of our house already cycle to work.
