The whole house has been renovated recently so everything is new and to a high spec. The house is incredibly light.
Near to Tooting common and all the bars and restaurants in Balham/Clapham/Wandsworth and Battersea. .
You’ll be sharing with the landlady - a professional female and her 9 year old son, and Aupair. We are clean, tidy and enjoy a glass of wine but also respectful of each other’s space. I travel into offices in London daily and would suite someone similar. The house is very large, spacious & comfortable. There is an outbuilding that can be hired as a separate office or gym.
