Cosy Double Room Dalston

Unfortunately our housemate is moving so we are looking for a new housemate to join us. Ideally looking for 28+ professional.

Beautiful Townhouse split over three levels. Conveniently located 3 mins walk from Dalston Junction, 5 mins from walk from Dalston Kingsland. There is also a bus stop directly out front with buses to Highbury-Islington, Angel and central London. .

We are located in a Mews with a locked entrance . The house is split across three floors. The house includes a well-equipped kitchen with large oven/stove top and a dishwasher. There is large living room and a balcony and large rooftop, which is great in summer time. We have a laundry with washing machine and storage space. There are two toilets and one shower.

The room is located at the back of the house on the top floor so is nice and quiet. The room is quiet cosy (2.2 x 2.8m). It is big enough to fit a double bed and then has around 1 x 2.2 m floor space. But the small room size is compensated by large living room and beautiful kitchen. There is also a large wardrobe in the hall for extra storage.

Rent is £670 excluding bills. Bills are around £80 per month. Room available from 11 November .

You will be living with a 31 year old Australian and 28 year old New Zealander. One works in government and the other is a journalist. We are both laidback, travel a lot and enjoy a drink but don’t bring the party back to the house.

We are looking for someone who is tidy, friendly and easy going. Someone who is happy to watch love island or enjoy a wine at the nearby wine bar.
