Looking for a sociable, tidy housemate to have a laugh with!

About the Flat
Our three bedroom flat is situated between the De Beauvoir Town and Dalston areas with short walks to Dalston Junction and Canonbury overground stations, as well as buses that take you into the city. There are lots of great cafes, restaurants and pubs around the area (trust us, we’ve been testing them out), as well as all the amenities close by in Dalston.

The flat has separate kitchen and living room areas, and the bathroom and WC are separate. The available room is a good-sized single bedroom on the 2nd floor, with plenty of storage - there is a built-in wardrobe plus another stand-alone wardrobe. There is also lots of storage throughout the house to share. The single bed is built into the wall; however there is space to add another single bed to create a double if you prefer.

Move in date is flexible.

About us
You’ll be living with two 25yo Australians, Maddy and Madeleine (bonus points if your name also begins with an M). Maddy is a web designer and Madeleine works in economics consulting. We both love getting out and about exploring, spending evenings and weekends socialising with friends, going to gigs and travelling.

About you
We are looking for someone like-minded; someone who is tidy and respectful, and will keep a neat and quiet house during the week, but not mind having a few people over on the weekend!
